LADIES SQUAD TENNIS – BIO CARDIO TENNIS PROGRAM

Tennis Coaching provided by Bionic Tennis coaching; ladies of all standards welcome; free session + no need to book.

It is child friendly, not for children to play but relaxed environment to allow people to bring children.

What do participants need to bring? Racquets are made available at each session so participants just need to come dressed in casual, comfortable active wear and bring a drink bottle.
