We’re so excited to announce that we’re hosting an all-new monthly event series for Multicultural young girls and women in the Latrobe and Baw Baw region. We know how important it is to be able to express yourself and work on your self-esteem—and that’s exactly why we want to help you do just that.

Changing Perspectives

We’re so excited to meet you, and we’d love for you to join us in our upcoming program, Changing Perspectives.

Every month we will be holding an event where you can meet experienced health & wellbeing practitioners and mentors, for an 18-session (monthly) immersion into women’s empowerment, physical activity and self-exploration.

These monthly events will rotate between Latrobe and Baw Baw.

Participants

Are you a multicultural woman or girl between the ages of 8 and 24 who wants to learn more about physical activity and health? Do you want to get involved in fun activities and make new friends?

If so, we have an amazing opportunity for you! We are inviting you to join us for a series of monthly events that will rotate between Latrobe and Baw Baw. These events will be led by experienced health & wellbeing practitioners and mentors and will provide opportunities to learn more about health & wellbeing, participate in physical activity, network with other women and girls, and help design our school holiday program.

You can attend as many sessions as you want, but if you can only make it to one or two sessions, that would be great too!

Mentors

How would you like to be part of a program that helps young girls become more active, make new friends, and learn about health and wellness?

We’re looking for mentors to help with an 18-session (monthly) immersion into women’s empowerment, physical activity, and self-exploration.

It’s called Changing Perspectives, and it’s a free program for multicultural girls 8–24 to get connected with self and others. As a mentor you will help young people on their journey of self discovery.
